Return Policies

Authorized Returns

If not entirely satisfied with your purchase, contact Ideal Appliance Parts to authorize all returns. A no-fault return authorization number will be issued and Ideal Appliance Parts will issue a credit upon receipt of the returned part. Reimbursement will be withheld if, upon receipt, inspection reveals damage or missing mechanisms. The Ideal Appliance Parts warehouse must receive returns no later than 30 days from the original date of shipment. All returns must include the original packaging and all paperwork.

Unauthorized Returns

Any purchase returned to Ideal Appliance Parts without an authorization number, without proper packaging or paperwork or later than 30 days from the original date of shipment are considered unauthorized returns. Refused shipments during delivery are also considered an unauthorized return. Note: All gas and electrical items purchased from Ideal Appliance Parts cannot be returned.

Return Shipping Fees

 The customer is responsible for all shipping fees.

Refund Payments

 Payments will be refunded, less shipping fees, when applicable.
